Asim Athletics Refund and Return Policy

At Asim Athletics, most products are made to order specifically for each customer. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • A photograph of the packaging and shipping label, if applicable

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the item unless we provide return instructions.

Incorrect size, color, or product selected

Because most Asim Athletics products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges when:

  • The wrong size or color was selected

  • The customer changes their mind

  • The customer no longer wants the item

  • The shipping address was entered incorrectly

  • Minor color differences result from screen settings or the printing process

Please review the product details and size guide carefully before ordering.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Production may begin shortly after checkout, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order enters production, it generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Lost or missing orders

If tracking shows that your package is delayed or missing, contact us so we can review the shipment.

If tracking shows the order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order.

  2. Check around the delivery location.

  3. Ask members of your household or nearby neighbors.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier.

We will review each situation individually, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returned-to-sender orders

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may require an additional shipping charge before they can be reshipped.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an Asim Athletics error or a defective product.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.

Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a full refund.

Sale and promotional items

Sale and promotional items follow the same made-to-order return restrictions unless otherwise stated on the product page. Damaged, defective, or incorrect sale items are still eligible for review.

Unauthorized returns

Please do not mail an item back without contacting us first. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
