These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Asim Athletics website, products, services, and online store. Throughout these Terms, “Asim Athletics,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Asim Athletics. “You” and “your” refer to customers, visitors, and other users of our website.

Asim Athletics offers sports-inspired apparel, accessories, and related products. Some products are produced by third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment partners.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and prices accurately. However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.
  • Product placement and printed colors may vary slightly.
  • Measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
  • Packaging may differ from photographs.
  • Product availability may change without notice.

We may modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

3. Made-to-order products

Many Asim Athletics products are made after an order is placed. Because production may begin shortly after checkout, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information before submitting an order.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Inventory or production limitations
  • Shipping restrictions

  • Orders appearing to be placed by resellers without authorization

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be displayed or calculated during checkout when possible. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers:

  • May have expiration dates or eligibility requirements
  • Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
  • Have no cash value

7. Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of production volume, carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

If we cannot ship within the promised time—or within the legally required period when no time is stated—we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All website content—including the Asim Athletics name, collection names, logos, graphics, characters, apparel designs, photographs, videos, text, slogans, page designs, and other creative materials—is owned by or licensed to Asim Athletics and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of or a license to the underlying artwork or intellectual property.

10. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to submit it.
  • It does not violate another person’s rights.
  • It is not misleading, unlawful, abusive, or defamatory.
  • It does not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising.

You grant Asim Athletics a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display submitted content for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables our online store but is not the seller of Asim Athletics products.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability. We may correct such information and cancel affected orders where legally permitted.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will meet every user’s expectations or that all errors will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asim Athletics and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—the website, services, or products.

Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Asim Athletics harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

Obligations incurred before termination—including payment obligations and intellectual-property restrictions—will survive termination.

Nothing in this section limits consumer protections that apply under the laws of a customer’s jurisdiction.
